I have a set of 235-45-17s at 3-4/32nds in good shape. The price in the ad is mostly for the wheels...the tires are nearly free. If you want to dismount them, you could easily sell the wheels out now since it's winter tire season.

Fun event again, is it easy for you to post results separated into the sets? I had to leave before I could complete the afternoon.  >:(

Is this what you want?

Yes! Thank you. A ton of skilled drivers and a really challenging course compared to last week. Hats off to the SASC and its peoples.

General Discussion / Re: Where to buy Helmet and Gloves?

Haha! And I was also concerned about what rules different clubs for track days would follow too.

Is it a major faux pas for a newbie to buy a stig helmet? Looks badass but I don't want to set any expectations!

General Discussion / Where to buy Helmet and Gloves?
« on: October 30, 2016, 08:38:18 PM »
My M2005 helmet is expiring at the end of this year and it's a cheapie, so I was thinking of splurging on a nice Simpson helmet or something similar and also picking up some racing gloves at the same time...

Do you guys have recommendations on where I might be able to try these things on and buy locally? Thanks!

What a fun event! Great layout, good people, and obviously a lot of attention put into organizing it. It was pretty fun getting out there and learning to drive a FWD car. I think this car needs something to help keep its inner rear wheel down though.  ;D ;D
