Title: Photos of Prepping your Cars
Post by: Cagare on March 13, 2019, 08:39:33 AM
With the season upcoming we wanted to start to ramp up our social media presence again, and we are looking at some photos from members prepping their cars.

The idea for this add will be a collection of photos of our members prepping their cars for the season to do some targeted ads. If you are like me, and I now you are, you probably have a "few" jobs that need to be done on the car before our first event in April.

I am really looking for any photos, even if you have a shop doing some of the prep work for you, snap a photo send it over, or if you are in your own garage, or even if you are just pulling a summer car out of storage, or even a photo of you cleaning up your daily for the season. I really want to cast a wide net here.

If you are comfortable with these photos being shared on social media please pm me here and we can arrange to get those photos over to me for posting.

The target date to get this up is the first week of April, but I may consider doing it sooner. I want to have the link to the Motorsportreg event for the 27 of April included as well.

Thanks!

Lol was installing hubcaps last night. Extra protection against hub nut corrosion and threads clogging.

A hooptie I just picked up has a ASN/FIA Canada sticker on the glass that's at least 20 years old.  Do you want tangential 'artsy' stuff or more strictly people being DIY mechanics?

Anything will do. Just doing a "slide show" of photos. Could be anything really about getting a car ready for the season, having tires mounted  even for example is fine with me.

I need to do the same sooner rather than later.

That works. Is it alright to post a name in a Facebook ad? Certainly agree with blocking out the photo.

I may save that just for the instagram page. "I've got a guy"

Cam should weigh in, but I presume he'd want any post to mention the shop name (Carline) rather than him personally.
