Title: Start of the year
Post by: Mkelder on March 22, 2017, 09:33:12 PM
So im taking an early start to the year but want to get at least one event in before the SoloPro school.

May 13   Saturday   YYC   SASC Novice School

Is this closed to anyone that isnt a novice? At Ft. Macloed we open up two sections but i dont think that is possible at YYC? If so then the 14th would be my only seat time before school.

Thanks.

For a moment there I thought you were going to say you were going down to the Pro Solo at Fontana, California!   hehehehehehe    End of March....

No, the school is open for anyone.  It can be a good opportunity for seat time.

Furthermore, we'll try to accommodate you and maybe even help you out a bit.   :)

I should add, just like any other sport, you never get away from the basics ... practice, practice, practice ... That's how you get good and skilled at something ... lots of repetitions (as long as you are doing it correctly, of course.  Practicing mistakes is not so good!   ;)   ).

I'm sure you'll be just fine ... just a bit of an adjustment for additional grip ... provided it isn't too cold.
