Cool, I'm in Kelowna in August right before Solo Nats. I'll check to see if they have any events while I'm there.

I scanned kijiji for months before getting my wheel and from what I saw $350 for this is a solid price

Is this going to be like a normal race day (just not for points) or will it be separate course elements for practice?

Thanks, Reijo. So to clarify, will the final cost be $550 for both days ($275 per day)?

On msreg, there is a C1 and C2 option for the $100 deposit, do you need to put $100 per day down to guarantee a spot on both days?

I use piloti shoes which are nice for an everyday shoe but expensive. I also just bought some puma drift cat ultra 5s which are great and inexpensive.

I think you can set up "race teams" for the cloud, which is like a friend list essentially. that may be a simpler way?

So to clarify, is the plan to run two small courses near each other (covering the space we usually run a larger course)? Or is the novice course going to be setup in a different area of the parking lot (where we have had some novice sessions before at YYC)?

"14.   July 28 Sunday - Fort Macleod - Solo Event #9"

Is it Saturday July 28th or Sunday July 29th?? Trying to book my time off work  ;)

Good catch!

That should be Sunday, July 29th at Fort Macleod.

I corrected the schedule at the top of this topic.

Reijo

On the same note, is the Saturday May 12 @ Fort Macleod date accurate? or is that supposed to be a sunday as well?

Scoring will be based on a best 7 of 14 events format with the requirement of attending at least 2 events at each venue (Fort Macleod & YYC). Scoring within each of the above superclasses will be based on PAX/RTP of the applicable class. All of the day’s count as a single event except practice events.

So as that reads, I could attend all events, and only use my best scores from YYC (and none from FM) towards my championship scoring, however, I would need to ATTEND at least two FM events?

It might need to be reworded, but the intent is that a minimum of 2 scores be used from each venue. Similar to last year's championship scoring requirement.

Yeah I figured we were holding over from last year, so we should clean up the wording.
