Title: 2018 SASC Annual General Meeting (AGM) - Nov. 24th, 2018

As mentioned in the other thread http://forums.sascsolo.com/index.php?topic=1240.0 (http://forums.sascsolo.com/index.php?topic=1240.0) we will be having our AGM on Saturday, November 24th @ 2:00pm.

*The AGM Meeting is for SASC Club Members Only, spouses/friends are welcome to attend the cash bar and the optional dinner*

Snacks will be provided.

Location
Wyndham Garden - Calgary Airport
11 Freeport Crescent NE

Time
2:00pm-6:00pm

Format
2:00pm-5:00pm - Meeting
5:00pm-6:00pm - Cash Bar
6:00pm-7:30pm - Optional Dinner (those that wish to stay for dinner at the restaurant in the hotel are welcome to join us, cost for dinner is not included)
This year we will have access to a projector so expect a slightly more formal presentation

2:00-2:15pm - Welcome & Snacks
2:15-2:45pm - Presidents Report (Tom)
2:45-3:00pm - Financial Statement (Tom for Andrew)
3:00-3:30pm - Solo 2 Report (Reijo)
3:30-4:00pm - Election of Executives & Appointment of Volunteer Positions (Tom)
4:00-4:10pm - Site Acquisition Committee Update (Stephen)
4:10-4:20pm - Winter Driving Schools (Reijo)
4:20-4:40pm - Club Championship Awards (Tom, Reijo & Chris)
4:40-5:00pm - Q&A (Tom, Reijo & Chris)
5:00-6:00pm - Cash Bar* & Socializing
7:00-8:30pm - Optional Dinner*
* Purchases made at the cash bar and at dinner are not the responsibility of the SASC


I will be sending out an email to all club members requesting that you RSVP so we can get accurate numbers.

Please drive responsibly, if you plan to drink, don't drive.

Not sure I saw one, can you post a link to the proxy form so I can bring my wife's vote.

When you signed up for a 2018 membership you were automatically forced to select a proxy (one of the four executives), for those that don't attend the AGM their proxy automatically goes to their selection.
