Found ratchet straps in YYC Oct 14 bonus event

Before I locked the gate I took a final walk around for left out items and garbage and walked into this left on a curb near the grid area.

See attached for the item. Will arrange to have it returned to whoever it belongs to.

Yes I found them in the ditch and put them on the sidewalk to make them more visible, they may have been there for while. Paul
