For those of you who took the mini-school we put on at the west end of the airport, I have a quick question about something new I tried there:
Recall the 3-lap format with going slowly (30%) for the 1st lap (working on technique and car placement), 2nd lap (60-70%), and 3rd lap "flat out".
Did you find that method of training effective?
