I will be in Leduc for the WCMA AGM and have to go to a job site up that way on Friday so I'm gone as of tomorrow morning early.

I need someone or group of persons to help setup on Saturday (essentially the same course as last time ala Porsche Club course with some minor variations).

Please let me know if you are available and I will email you course maps.

Later afternoon/ early evening I should be able too, as I have a family event in the afternoon.

Not running Sunday but heck might as well help out so others can enjoy the nice weather. I'll come Saturday to help out whichever group forms up to handle setup.

Dave needed some extra time as well so Im thinking let's start at 4pm. So tomorrow afternoon at 4pm anyone who is able to help out please chime in.

All, with 29 entries the club would take a big financial loss trying to host an event tomorrow. Early signup is open until 8pm tonight I'd recommend we don't set up this afternoon, if we hit 40+ entries the event can proceed and we can setup tomorrow morning, if the event doesn't hit a breakeven number we may have to cancel it.

We've gotten lots of interest over the last few hours, event is still a go.

Nathan R has the key to the site but isn't attending tomorrow so we'll need someone to grab the key from him.

Negative I do not have the key, never made it to budget today.
