Another update. The site owner is sticking to the previous price for our future events. They are just meeting with the flying club to let them know of the proposed dates, but we are still good to proceed.
They have also asked for a significant cost to run weeknight events at the airpark. We would need to charge close to what we do for weekend events, for less runs and still likely lose money in that case. For these reasons we do not feel that it is a good idea for us to move forward with weeknight practices at this site.
We are exploring another site for a potential weeknight practice venue and will update members when we find out more.
