Here's a handy reference for all the novices / newbies among us ... and heck, maybe even a few good tips for the rest of us!  This booklet is from CalClub (Los Angeles clubs).  :)

CalClub has revised/updated their web site so the information was moved to a different location.  The link above is now updated and valid once again.

Yes, thanks!  They have been changing their web forum around recently.
