Title: Sound Meters
Post by: 94boosted on August 28, 2017, 06:37:20 AM
The club invested in two additional sound meter's, one of which being a costlier, supposedly high performance one as we weren't sure we could trust the results from our original one. We set them all up side by side yesterday At Fort Macleod. Dan tells me that all are reading almost exactly the same. And yesterday was a great day for testing as there was virtually no wind.

Tom are the logs going to be posted? We want to know how close we were to the 93dB limit as that was our first event with noise testing in the car.

I've got the logs in my car but I'm out of town for a couple days, shoot me a message later this week and I'll get them up. There was only one person that blew a 92dB to my knowledge and that wasn't you guys, everybody else was under that.
