I've always had good luck with UrbanX for tire installs. They have a "touchless" Corghi tire machine that ensures your wheels don't get scratched/marred up. Traditionally I've went to Precision for alignments, they use the traditional clamp on rim targets. So if you have nice wheels, you may want to put stockers on for the alignment.
I've also heard good things about KUZZII Motorsports, newer shop. All new Hunter tire and alignment machines. One's that don't clamp on your rims. Also their alignment lift is built into the ground, so just about any ride height can drive right on.
