Thanks for the reply! Glad to hear. If I don't have the car in time next spring I'll come out and watch the shenanigans to get a sense of what it is all about. Excited about this and I'm not sure why I didn't know of it until now! I grew up (a long time ago) doing Friday night drag racing at Race City, and when that went away I assumed there was nothing for Calgarians any more (and the new RMM is a level above my means haha, at least from what I can tell).
There is Strawberry Raceway near Edmonton, They have a year end wrap up event Saturday Oct 8th, I believe entry was $250? Also, Rad Torque Raceway(Formerly Castrol) by the Edmonton International Airport. RMM can be affordable and does offer beginners classes. Oct 15th there is an event that allows beginners, $500 for a partial day, but the instruction is extremely valuable. Autocross is where I started with previous FWD cars, super low maintenance, causal and fun environment. I picked up a 2022 BRZ back in January and did 3 autocross events with it already. For the past 3 days I have been furiously trying to register for May 1st and cannot make it work. Every time I get to the car class and car # selection, it just locks up and I get an error reload message. Have gotten nowhere with it, and has now forced me to be a late registration too which is very frustrating. Tho I still cannot get it to work so Im not sure what my options are from here. I have my registration for tomorrow all set and that worked, but for some unknown to me reason, I cannot for the life of me get thru for Sundays registration. Help?

Yes, and please have them complete a speed waiver online before they come to make things easier on site.

I ended up ordering my own decibel meter off amazon. If anyone needs some preliminary sound testing done on an exhaust just let me know and Im sure we can meet up sometime.

When will the April 30th event registration open? Also, looking for someone with sound DB lvl testing equipment to ensure my BRZ is not too loud before driving all the way to Ft Mcleod. Im all registered for membership now and will be running multiple events this season. Can't wait to learn more about RWD

No it was going to be the one by Strathmore from what I recall.
