Day 1 turn out

Day 2 turn out

Day Walkers

That’s are all I have for now… but I suppose I can give a few teasers of what’s to come…

I’ve been playing with lower than usual shutter speeds to make you guys look more like a racing hero ;) :P , that is of course after I got a few good ones in the bag with moderate shutter speeds. Here are a few that I’m willing to share for now…

At 1/100 All static objects becomes blurry.

And it becomes even more blurry at 1/60.

And even more at 1/30.
That's how far down I got to, at 1/30. Anyway, just like the last time, I’ll lock this topic for now while I sort out the rest of the photos. And again, thank you for your patience.

I really wish more people would buy and not just a few. I understand that those who have bought in the past would not likely keep buying but there were quite a lot of new people who could use a nice profile pic, an avatar, a photo on your sig or wherever you want to use it for.

On the bright side... good thing there are still some very generous people out there. One of which bought all of his photos and those of the owner of the car he co-drove. Thank you Mr. SpecR!

Sorry to keep you folks waiting. Here are some more photos from the May 13 YYC Practice event…

One of my favourite from that event.

AE92 GTS or as the Japanese calls it… ku ni

Generation Gap

Smile and the whole Autocross world smiles with you. :D

A mid-engined classic...

... and modern one.

Autocross Formula Drift :P

Group 2

I think I got every car but I’m not quite sure if I got every driver, some of the two driver cars confused me. Sorry if I didn’t get a photo of you driving. I hope to be back in a future event, maybe on the June 17 & 18 Regional? Also, my photoshop skills are not that advanced, I can’t make a dirty car look magically clean, so it would be better if you just wash your car for the next one. ;)

I’ve decided to use Shuttr again as it would simplify the buying process. It’s just like your typical online shopping experience and you get the photos you want as soon as you check out. You don’t have to wait for an email from me with the photos as attachment. Make sure you only click once on “Add to Cart” or watch the quantity when you check out, you wouldn’t want to order the same jpeg file twice.

Thanks in advance for buying! I really appreciate you continued support.

Don’t bother with friend request on Facebook, I’m only after your money. :P ;)

Probably should just take it offline, but - '85 Celica Supra is DSP, but has an engine from a '87 Supra Turbo (which is ESP somehow).

Isn't it that by 1984 model year the name Celica was dropped from the Celica Supra model line and it became just the "Supra"? Or MA67 in Toyota speak for that particular generation of North American Supra's. In Japan that generation was called the Celica XX.

Anyway, sounds like a cool project. I love old Toyota's  8)

You probably don't need photos on this forum since you're very well known but in case you want to post on other forums or other sites maybe these photos will help…

Clicking on them will lead you to a bigger version.

To borrow a quote from Team CIPHeR

"Racing is an addiction that can only be cured by poverty." :P

I'm not proud of it but not having competed in an Autocross event since 2012, I can say that I am fucking cured, being flat broke and all. :(

What the Fog, eh!

Just MMM...

He rattled that cone but it's still in the box (I think?). Second pic shows that it's still in close proximity to the pointer cone.

Full resolution 15MP (4752 x 3168 pixels) versions are available for a very reasonable price of $5 per photo (jpeg file only).

I will vouch for Ian!  He has been among us for a long time.  It has to be something like 15 years or so isn't it Ian?

Ian has not run a car with us recently but was a regular at autox before.

Thanks Reijo!
Yes 15+ years, can't remember the year exactly, it was either '99 or 2000 when I participated in my first event. I do remember the venue, it was the old Indoor Grand Prix lot which is now Crossroads Furniture.

I should also thank the Club Execs for allowing me to do this photo thing.

Where do we purchase them from Ian?

There's a few on there I'd like to have.

I used to have that account on some of you who have bought photos in the past may remember that. While that website was very convenient for both buyer and seller of photos as it's instant (you get your digital photo as soon as you pay) just like a typical online shopping. But I no longer have that since the Monthly plan has become unaffordable and since I don't sell a lot of photos every month anyway, it didn't made sense to keep it.

So now, I've been accepting payments either by email money transfer of by paypal and then I email them the photos they want. Some people don't mind it, there were a few who bought some from the last event (Thanks guys! :D ). While some, I would assume don't trust this system as I've never heard from them again when I replied to their PM inquiring about this very thing.

Despite the generation gap, you can still see the lineage on the taillights.

Full resolution 15MP (4752 x 3168 pixels) versions are available for a very reasonable price of $5 per photo (jpeg file only). Thank you to those very generous people who have bought photos from me in the past :) wish more of you will buy…  :-\
