The SASC AGM will be held on Sunday, November 20th, 1:00pm - 4:00pm

Calgary, AB T3E 3X8
We're in the E/Big Plume Room

With 83 club members this year, we require a minimum 20% representation at the AGM per club bylaws (17 members). Your attendance is very much appreciated and helps shape the club for the future. We are able to accommodate 50 attendees at the venue.

There are many important topics to discuss and vote on and the AGM is the venue to accomplish this.

The agenda will be as follows:

1:00-1:10pm - Welcome & Snacks
1:10-1:25pm - Presidents Report (John for Jared)
1:25-1:40pm - Solo 2 Report (Bob)
1:40-1:55pm - Financial Statement (Dallin)
1:55-2:15pm - Other Business (see below)
2:15-2:30pm - Break
2:30-2:45pm - Election of Executives & Appointment of Volunteer Positions (John & Bob)
2:45-3:15pm - Club Championship Awards (John, Bob & Dallin)
3:20-4:00pm - Q&A (John, Bob & Dallin)
