I'll be there by 7:30 to help with whatever.

A friend pointed out there is a bunch of classing errors in the MSR entry list. Is there a plan to help new people with classing their car's correctly? I'm not really sure who usually does registration but if they are new too they may not be in a position to help either?

I noticed this as well and was chatting with Tom on this. I can help fix some of the classing errors on site and bring a copy of the SCCA classing.

Rachel & Yvonne have taken over the registration from Jo. Neither are up to scratch on classing, I believe that Rachel has talked to Chris in regard to helping some of new folks find the appropriate class. Rachel will be at registration for 7.30, if you could connect with her then Chris that would be great.

Here is the classing section of the rules if anyone wants to just put it in their phone or whatever:

Appreciate all the help.  Technically we can't use the lot on Saturday since we are not renting it then ... nor do we have the insurance then ... However with enough help we should be ok to set up Sunday morning.  There will also be no problem getting lots of runs in due to the lot/course design.

I would like to try and send out cars faster than normal this time and will discuss in the driver's meeting ... run it more like we would experience at an SCCA Tour or Nationals so we get some of the same "feel".

Biggest differences:   Be ready to run (anticipate ... watch the flow of the event), change-over to be quick, working the course - run for cones (not walk) and be ready near the cones that typically get hit more often than others (this is key!).

Absolutely Terry, I will do that for sure.
