Just registered for first time for Airdrie, how do I register a second driver?

  • If you aren't hitting any cones, try harder.

They need to create an account, register and pay on their own.

If they are someone you will always be registering (i.e. spouse, kid, etc.), you can add a profile under My Account on the MSReg website, then go through the registration process again.  You do need a bit of personal information to do this step though and when I asked about picking someone else's already populated profile (i.e. the other person already had an account with their info entered) MSReg didn't have a way for me to do it.

While that's completely possible we have found several bugs associated with this on the back end. If they are a spouse or immediate family member this is fine as you are ok with sharing that personal information.

Otherwise best approach is for your second driver to setup their own account, then they create a car with your identical information, if you both add the same photo for the vehicle it makes it quite clear you are a two driver car. Just make sure the information is the same and it should be fine.
