I just wanted to make sure that I posted a thank you to everyone that attended the meeting this past Tuesday. I haven't been coming to meetings more than maybe 10 months but I think it is one of the best attended meetings we have had in some time. It's great to see, and I am happy to have everyone's input.

One important piece of feedback we received that night was regarding the meeting venue. Due to the amount of attendees it was hard to communicate effectively as a group in that setting.

I received some feedback on here about another potential venue. Our public Libraries which provide free meeting space to library card holders. So, for our next monthly meeting on May 14, 2019 I have booked the Library Program Room at the Quarry Park Library which is relatively close to our existing venue.

It is located at 108 Quarry Park Road SE, I will remind everyone closer to our meeting date.

I had tried to book the meeting room at the quarry park library a few weeks ago, no go as it appears to be a schedule change. Will try again for next month, or look at alternative library locations.

Meeting will change back to the previous location for this Tuesday at the A&W Glendeer Junction (map below).
