Even in Japan there is nothing...

Is all that I could locate.

Spinwerks??

Thanks, I am really struggling as well.  I found ESM-001s but they look like knock off cheapy wheels, so I don't know if I want to use those.

Is Spinwerks a custom wheel company?

It is harder to find 16" wheels these days .... Enkei RPf's maybe?    Check the Tire Rack web site?   (think you may have but ....)

Otherwise maybe a custom wheel by Bogart (light but on the cheaper end of 3-piece wheels)?    Nice thing about them is that once you are ready to go wider you can just buy the outer wheel and bolt it on .... something to consider.

Do the wheels need to be that exact size/offset?

This website shows a lot of sizes that will fit:

Ive been through the wheels directory at least 5 times, nothing I can find to work.  I actually have a couple of sets of wheels that I got added to that directory...
