Big thanks for everyone who came out and helped before, during and after the event. I think it was a great success.

See attached for the results from today.

If accuracy matters my last run of the day should be DSQ or all my runs moved under SSM. Thanks

Not a problem!

Going forward you can send me an e-mail and I can host the document and provide direct links so they can be posted outside of this site easily.

I won't really be able to any of the actual site stuff though because I will only have my company laptop for the next couple of months, and I keep all the stuff to edit my pages on my personal desktop.

Holy crap! 10th place for me!  SWEET!  I forgot to check all day and was guessing I was in the range of 15-19th place.  Thanks everybody for such a great event!  I'm going to go nurse my sunburn and have a beer now.

In my defense, I TECHNICALLY didn't cord them until the 2nd run in Red Deer the next morning :D  It was very exciting when I got through the tread layer though... it was a VERY different feeling!

Now I need to figure out if they are safe to run if I flip them over or whether I have to junk some 3 event old tires :(  If it's the latter I might be sitting out the last 2 events in Red Deer as I already overspent the tire budget for this year buying the pair I just killed.  If you squint hard enough you can't see the cords, and they are about 2mm below the surface, it's just that some chunks came out exposing the cords.

I know a super sketchy tire shop... that might be enough!

So with my afternoon times being pretty close together:

Day 1 Set 2  54.030      53.050      53.087     (53.007)

I guess that means I am consistently making the same mistakes?

Dropped a second off the first run and didn't get any cones....nothing to feel bad about there.  You've had that car for what - maybe 2 months?  You're only going to get faster.
