I would like to invite all SASC Members to our Annual General Meeting on Sunday, November 13 @ 12:00pm at Speeders (58 Aero Dr NE, Calgary, AB T2E 8Z9). Attending this meeting is important as it guides the direction of the club and allows the club to continually improve. We have 64 club members meaning we need at least 13 to have a quorum. We strongly encourage you to attend and if you can’t, please nominate another member to represent you by filling out the attached proxy form.

The president and solo director have agreed to continue on in their positions however the Treasurer and Secretary positions will be open for nominations. In addition to these two executive positions needing to be filled we also need to fill the following volunteer positions: Tech Steward, Safety Steward, Equipment Steward, Event Steward, Novice Coordinator. If you would like to volunteer for one of the executive positions or Steward/Coordinator positions or nominate another club member please let me know in your RSVP.
