Thanks everyone for the great event!(and great weather!) Thanks Ryan for the course design! It was challenging to get all the elements right!

The rate we sent cars out yesterday, we could have done 5 runs in the afternoon instead of 4! Maybe next time :)

Are the sound logs available from the event? Some attending Canadian Nats in BC might like to know where they stand with the 92dB (93?) limit there.

Would be neat to see what the db's of me screaming for my life when Holly chooses to no use brakes....
BAHAHAHA

On a serious note...
First time running the Sound station and now that I have done it I understand now why they ask for the numbers to be the correct size and location.
Nothing harder then trying to look for a number that is not there or so small you cant read it. I like the ones where one side of the car is one number and other side is another.
If we regulate the Db's and everything else why dont we call people out for the number issue?
Just my .02 and I am sure its been brought up before.
(Its hard to write down White car 93.2 db's lol)

|Yes, I brought them home with me but I'm scurrying to get a couple of reports out (one done) before I get to scanning them ... so hang in there ... .they are coming!

We offered fun runs at the end of the day but not many were interested???    Was it Mother's Day or something?    ;)

I did ask around during lunch, and the majority answer was "early finish" instead of "more runs".  Thus, the choice to do only 4 runs in the afternoon.

Next time, 9 runs for the day (or even 10) will be the choice.

I think the slick timing crew and getting started on time was the key to getting done early

Car is reasonably competitive, shame about the driver

Great session guys.
I attended both days this past weekend & had a blast.
I'll be at every event this season.....If my wife removes the ol' ball & chain ;D
If you're quicker than your previous run, you're already a winner.

Or get her hooked too like I did this weekend with my wife ;)  Be warned though, she might be faster than you (at least she was during the morning session, then I took notes on her line during the afternoon when I got to ride along and was able to pull ahead).

No chance.
She drives a truck & often doesnt even know where her wheel is in relation to the curb.
Curbed rims on her truck is a norm & her response is "so what....its just the rim" :o
