Ambrose on his last run went into the lead! ... by 0.067 seconds! Good job Ambrose! And the leader Monty went slower on his last run after coning his 2nd run ... gotta be clean!

Jay, unfortunately, coned his last two runs on a cone-intensive course and sits in 4th place right now.

Mark Sawatsky (of Winnipeg) is in the final trophy spot (3rd) in EMod.

2nd heat is running (FM).  Jay and Ambrose are in the 4th heat ... so coming up in a bit ... maybe 60-ish cars per heat with 3 runs each.

Mark Sawatsky of Winnipeg just put his E-Mod '69 MG into 3rd spot (last trophy) ... and 20 minute course walk is taking place (traditionally after the 2nd heat .... so you can see where the marbles have built up and if there has been any damage to the concrete etc).

3rd heat coming directly after that.

Patrick Washburn ran an S2000 in STR I just noticed ... instead of their EP car ... think it had problems - engine mount etc. so he must've picked up another ride.....no trophy though ... tough class.

There are only 3 entries in SSP but check out the difference over two courses on two days:

And Tharpe has one run left.    :)

Wow!

4th heat with Ambrose and Jay coming up ... tune in for the live broadcast at the link above.

Let's see if Ambrose can hang onto the lead today ... a tough contest but do-able!  :)

Neal Tovsen and Todd Cochrane are running in CSP as well.  Neal is in 2nd but if he can keep it clean, he should be able to get a victory.

Neal has jumped into the lead in CSP ... should do it.

Ambrose has run 2x now and is in the lead by 0.051 seconds ... over Monty Pack of San Francisco (I think) both in 2014 GT3's ... Ambrose has to go for it on the last run to ensure Monty does not catch him ... Monty ran 0.4 sec. faster on his first run but spun into the finish taking out 3 cones after the finish ... and those cones count!  So we have got an interesting and exciting show-down coming up shortly in SS!

Tune in on the link for the live broadcast .... some good stuff coming!    :)

Ambrose ran another 3/10th faster but Monty pulled it out and won by 0.223 ... no one else can catch them.  So a respectable 2nd place for Ambrose Fung  Congrats Ambrose!

0.223 out of 1st place over 2 days and 2 courses.  Tough one.

Neal won CSP with his co-driver, Todd Cochrane, in 2nd place.  Day 1 leader fell to 3rd place.

Well done!

Last heat of the event is up (5th) ... BS, ESP, STS, and a bunch of ladies' classes.  BS is interesting ... 1M BMW leading, Focus RS in 2nd, and a Corvette in 3rd.....supposed to be Corvette-friendly course according to Sam Strano today ... could be interesting.

Katie Lacey, Neal's wife, is leading in CSPL ...
