Ryan is 3rd in PAX right now and Scott McHugh in 6th in PAX ... but lots of competitors to come.

Interestingly Paul Brown of Arizona is in 1st place in PAX in his MR2 in ES with a lot of others from ES near the top ... probably an indicator of the type of course they are running as mentioned earlier ... momentum course ... similar speed/corners and tight ...

Changing to Shift 2 right now and Shift 3 to come this morning.  Challenge shoot-outs this afternoon.  Ryan, by virtue of his 1st place finish is automatically in the Super Challenge round ... Tom is about 3 positions out.

Ryan just won the 1st round against Charles Matthews in ES so he is off to the 2nd round.   :)

OK ... that's odd.  Now it shows Ryan lost to Charles in the 1st round?  A late cone call perhaps?  Must be some kind of story there so we'll have to wait to hear from someone there or after the fact ... alas no live broadcast to hear what happened.  :(
