WTB: Trailer Storage
« on: April 16, 2018, 05:19:14 PM »
I am in the process of moving back to Calgary.  I have a 18 foot flat deck car hauler (22 foot total length) I am looking to store somewhere on a permanent basis.  I will be bringing it out at the end of May.

I expect be living in the NW closer to centre street, and would like to find a location within a 15 minute drive.  24 hour access isn't a big deal, as long as it is 7 days a week with normal hours, and a secure site.  Convenience = $, which I know, so I am flexible.

Let me know if you have any suggestions on locations, or even if you have space to rent I would be interested.

If you get stuck, most of those storage places have extra parking they rent out.

Do you mean storage locker places or the RV storage lots?

Both.  Some of the storage locker places have less places for storage of vehicles or trailers.  Give a few of them a call.  The RV places would be out of town usually ... although I know Stuart uses one in Airdrie that may be cheaper.  My brother used to use one just east of Calgary along Glenmore ... and then there is one near Shepherd/the old Race City.

There is also a fairly new on 566, around 4 km west from Balzac, would be pretty handy for someone in the center/north area.
