There are quite a few interesting rule changes and whatnot in there ...

I noted one interesting subtle one:   If you do an "airport loop" and go through an element twice, it is no longer an off-course ...  This makes sense since you are adding distance anyway and, hence adding time (e.g. a penalty).  Kind of a minor thing but it would have been scored as a DNF previously ...

I finally have a letter mentioned and they moved in the direction I was hoping.  It was covered last month, but the letter was noted this time.  Seems that Spec Miata will stay in DSP.
