2016 Driven Car Show - SASC Booth

This year the SASC will have a booth at the Driven Car Show on Saturday, May 7th

So far these are the folks we've engaged for help, if you would like to help out or have some cool ideas post em' up.

Booth Rental - Reijo S

TV (w/ HDMI Input + Cable) - Matt (sorry can't remember your last name could you please PM me)
Spokesperson (someone to be preset at the booth during the day to answer any questions from the public and keep an eye on the cars etc.) - Chris S, Reijo S, Joe G, Tom G
Video - Prepare a stitched together looping video showing some of the clubs events, individual runs etc. - Quentin O, Tom G

Booth is rented and paid for.  We are a GO!   Looking forward to this ... haven't been to this show before despite my efforts.

I think it could be a good promotion for our club!   

We probably could use some volunteers to man the booth during the day ... spread the work load a bit.  Let us know if you are interested in helping out.

I plan on getting a lot of video this year, glad to provide content for a sequence video.

You should see the new tech I have, 2 Chinese action cameras that can do ultra slow motion at high resolution, totally wifi enabled and Bluetooth controllers.

I believe the passes we have are spoken for... I don't even think we have enough for everyone involved, but feel free to come hang out if you're around!
