Typical Co Drive Arrangement?

Well, we skipped last season and travelled Europe instead of autocrossing   ;D ;D

Sold our SVT, sold our base Cooper and currently just rack up the miles on a couple of diesel VWs while we commute back and forth for work.  Gave serious thought to buying a SSC prepped car in the fall, but for a variety of reasons (including thinking we were gonna lose YYC) we chose not to, SO.....no appropriate autocross car in our fleet currently! 

Would like to move to a rwd car, I THINK I wanna drive a FRS/BRZ/86....but I'm unaware of what the 'typical' co drive arrangement is, or if there is such a thing...can anyone summarize it?  Thanks

Pay per run or buy a set of tires are a couple options for reimbursing car owners in exchange for a co-drive. 

Once you factor in tires, fuel, alignment, brakes, wear & tear? etc. Most cars will be ~$15-30/run. So you could pay the owner of the car for every run you do.

Or buy 1-2 sets of tires and "buy" yourself a whole season.

One item that is important -- agree ahead of time about the value of the car and what constitutes "your fault" and "because race car".

Agreed, make sure this is understood. Really there is not set rule to anything it’s all in what you negotiate.
