Yes, that would take you from the "Street" B class (essentially stock class) to an Street Touring class or Street Prepared class, depending on where you want to go.
In B-Street you are not allowed any intake mods other than say a K&N air filter.....the air box in its entirety has to be remain as it came from the factory.
Pleased to see you are taking the proper approach. Check on the rules before you do something. In this case, you may gain a few hp but it is really not significant for autox (which is more about handling ... tires and suspension mods will get you more time than engine/hp mods typically).
And, of course, there is the loose nut behind the wheel!
Modifying/tightening that will get more time than anything else you do and the mod will stay with you long after you move on from that car to another!
I know you are in the SoloPro Schools coming up and that will be the best money you spend.
