July 2nd - Gate Workers Needed

To help things run smooth in the morning we're looking for 2 people to help us out and work the gate between 7:15-9:30am.

These two people will make sure that drivers and spectators coming in sign the waiver, get a course map and know where to grid/park and make sure they go to register right away. We're expecting a large turnout tomorrow 90+ drivers so we need to be organized right off the hop.

With two people manning the gate the two folks can switch out and take turns walking the course.

But here's the best part, if you work the gate in the morning you're done working for the day.

Since we have almost 100 entries, we will have 3 runs groups so there will no lunch and you will have plenty of time off to run out for lunch during the run groups.  We need an absolute min. of 27 competitors per run group so 30x3 = 90 entries in order to justify 3 run groups ... which we have.

So, the event will be a bit different tomorrow as a consequence.

There will be a sign-up sheet for workers on the registration car so you can pick your poison.
