Montana Shipping Thread
« on: March 14, 2018, 09:03:05 AM »
Similar to the rolling thread we have for Rock Auto discount codes, I thought we should start one for people doing border orders.  Recently 5 of us organized well to pickup a lot of stuff in Sweetgrass in one trip.  If you are planning on heading down for any reason and can bring items back please post below with a bit of notice.  Wonder if mods want to pin this and the Rock Auto thread?

Not sure if this is who you use as a storage facility but they are amazing!

ATBS and MSO both seem to work great.

Any chance of someone going through sweetgrass in the coming ~4 months?  My sway bar ends are toast, and as it happens there is a rare group-buy happening for new sway bars right now.  Would not likely ship before May.  Delta on shipping is an additional $70USD to get it from Montana to YYC, which is just silly.

I will be passing through both at the end of April, and May.  Van in April, and then truck/trailer after that.  Could pick up either time if needed.

Anyone have any plans to make a run in like a week or two? I have a fender I need and can’t find a Canadian source or source that will ship to Canada.

I have some parts sitting down at Montana mailbox.

Not sure if Im going to use DYK for that stuff sine I have more than a few things there now (ie. Their brokerage/service is convenient, but with multiple items I think it will add up to more than a tank of gas).

Probably planning to go down end of April if that works?

I can't believe there is a third mailbox location open in Sweet Grass. It appears that Montana Mailbox is not open on Saturdays until August 26th, you would obviously be heading down on a week day? If you have the space I have no problem waiting until the end of April.

You guys may want to talk with Shawn Bishop as well since he makes regular runs.  I thought there would be more activity on this thread to be honest.
