Would I be of any value to help/ instruct?

I think so.   You have taken a number of the RASE and I think one SoloPro School ... I can also give you some pointers about instructing and there are also some stuff we do differently in the winter schools.  Come see me and talk to me tomorrow and we'll see what we can do.

Thanks to David Grey and Marco for helping setup this afternoon!

It went well and the lot is looking good for tomorrow with a thin layer of snow with a few small bare spots.   

We spread some snow via laps over most of the bare spots!

It was another successful school - thanks to Gary, Dave, Tara, Ryan and Marco for helping with instructing!  I was hearing from the participants that they learned a lot - a good thing!

Obviously we missed Jan. 6 ... maybe re-schedule to Jan. 20 (Sunday) ... day after the BMW Club school?  Stay tuned.

Do you know anyone looking for a winter driving school?  Please let them know that we have one this Sunday .... good for trying out new tires, cars etc. also ... also not a bad idea to get some seat time!  Also, something people may not realize is that the speed around corners are very comparable to Ghost Lake because the surface is not as slippery which results in more grip than out at the Lake where it was almost impossible to get going with some vehicles on all-seasons etc.

We will need some volunteers to help setup for the Sunday Winter Driving School on Saturday afternoon and then some instructors for Sunday.

I'll be working both weekend mornings but if setup goes on later than 3pm I can help

No one else has expressed preferences and a later setup works better for me too ... so let's make it 3 pm then.

I think last time it took us 1.5 hours setting up.....so we should be good for light ... the lot lights come on in the dark in any case so that is not a concern either.

We are short people right now (3 signed up and 3 more I know of who are going to sign up) but that is about 1/2 of the numbers we need to make this viable.

We may need to cancel ... so stay tuned.   I'll let you know on here.
