Instructors for winter schools - 2018-2019 winter

I need to know how many instructors we have this winter.

We will have 3 groups of students tomorrow (Dec. 30/18), so if you are planning to come out tomorrow, please PM or email me so I can start a list.

In fact, if you plan on teaching this year, please send me an email so I can include you on information and whatnot.

We meet at the Wynham Gardens Inn in the morning (see attached map). Please come early (7:30 am) to sign waivers, tech form and meet everyone.

There will be coffee and muffins/cookies there tomorrow. The presentation will begin at 8:00 am sharp so all the paperwork has to be done before that!
