Continued for the 2020 Season - the SASC will be using racing numbers assigned to drivers. The benefit to becoming an SASC member is that you can now reserve a racing number for the duration of the season, so if you’ve ever wanted to purchase a set of magnetic or static cling numbers now you can.
In order to reserve a particular racing number you must:
1. Have a valid 2020 SASC Membership (
https://www.motorsportreg.com/events/southern-alberta-solosport-club-sasc-membership-973862)
2. Reserve one of the following numbers:
1-199: Reserved Numbers Only (non-members cannot use these numbers)
200-699: Open Numbers (members can also reserve)
700-999: NEW DRIVERS ONLY (have done less than 3 autocross events) (this is so we can easily identify first time, new drivers)
Other numbers (i.e. 1000+ are not permitted)
3. Numbers will be on a first come, first served basis (unless you were a regular in 2019 with a consistent number and renew before April 30 - see point #4), please email Gabe at Secretary.SASC@gmail.com to reserve a number.
4. Folks that were members/regulars in 2019 and used a particular number in the 2019 season will have first dibs on that number until April 30th, 2020. If those folks don’t renew their membership by that date and someone with a valid 2020 membership does request that particular number they will lose it.
5. You can only reserve one number. If you have a co-driver, he or she must also be a member and request that number him/herself

In each class
1-99 for first driver
100-199 for second driver
