2015 Canadian Autoslalom Championship - registration open

We have extended the early registration deadline ($50 saving) to Friday, Aug. 8, 2015 ... so if you missed the deadline you have just received a week's grace!

Get in there and get registered!

Looking like we will have people from Washington, Idaho, Montana, BC, Alberta, Manitoba and Ontario .... so this is getting interesting ... make sure you do not miss out on the fun!

What time are some of you guys arriving. I shall be in FM around mid afternoon on Thursday if there's help needed drop me a line.

Will we be allowed to store trailers/cars at the venue overnight for this?  If we are allowed, do people plan to or is it not a good idea?

The Town has a clause in our contract that we cannot leave any vehicles on-site overnight.  It is also not secure so not recommended for that area.  No overnight camping either. 

In the beginning we were told that there are some vandalism issues out there so that is another reason not to leave anything out there.

However Zane has a place a few miles outside of town and he has offered space for people to store trailers and such.  Not sure if that works for you or not.

I will just haul to the motel each night in that case

I don't think we can do anything on Thursday since we do not officially have the site available for any kind of set-up until Friday morning.

Having said that, I'll be there early on Friday setting up the SoloPro School/TNT course.  After the school (and maybe before?) I suppose we can set up part or all of the competition course as time permits.

There might be some administrative work to do on Thursday ... doing up run/work sheets for the SoloPro etc. etc. Maybe we can discuss over a cold one and do the arrangements there!?   

Of course, there is always all kinds of other background preparations that go on that we may not know about during this discussion such as picking up supplies locally (could be kitty litter, flour to line the course, water, etc. etc.) ... so we'll keep you in mind!

All the spots are taken in the SoloPro School but we are taking a wait list just in case there are any last minute drops.

Also, here's the weather forecast fyi, which is subject to change very quickly due to our close proximity to the mountains so keep checking if that is important for you.  Personally, I would be prepared for anything!
