Help needed for Sunday - forms!

Apparently I have a meeting in Leduc at 8:30 am on Sunday (WCMA) so I need some help:   Make sure we have a General Waiver printed and on-site to sign, Tech forms, Parent/under 18 waivers and course maps!   

ALSO:   I know there will be some new people there so if we can have someone do a novice course walk, that would be good also ... and coordinate getting them some ride-alongs and some coaching if possible.

I need to pass off the gate key to someone today as I will not be there tomorrow.  Can someone please volunteer to go early tomorrow morning and open up for everyone? I will be there at 4pm today until setup is done.

A key has not been picked up therefore someone will need to grab it tomorrow morning. The budget folks will be there tomorrow at 7am.

Has anyone committed to printing the waivers? The event can’t go forward without them, and I don’t have a printer.

I saw some waivers ... could be used ones in the trailer .... bring a blank sheet of paper if you need to and make it an addendum to the or even use an electronic copy on a phone if you need to .....   Have to be creative if you need to.   Marco said he did not have a printer either ... never heard from anyone else.
