2016 SASC Secretary Resignation

All,

Unfortunately due to personal commitments Shane R can no longer continue as the secretary for the SASC. Shane has done an excellent job thus far managing memberships, attending club meetings, assisting Reijio with the winter driving school instructor organization etc., thank you for your help Shane.

That being said we need to find a new person to head up this role for the remainder of the year (October 31st, 2016). Therefore if you yourself would like to volunteer to perhaps nominate somebody else please do so here. The "official" election of the Club Secretary will take place at the next Club Meeting on Tuesday, April 12th - Stay Tuned for more information.

Secretary Duties
- Managing Membership (tracking and mailing out of cards)
- Attend club meetings (~monthly)
- Meeting minutes
- Assist with planning club events
