Our AGM is scheduled for November 24th @ 2:00pm. This is your opportunity to learn more about the club, the direction for the future, how to get involved and to celebrate the 2024 champions. After a six year hiatus we're back at the YYC Lot (formerly known as the Budget lot), located at 2020 Airport Trail NE. Please see our most up to date schedule for YYC dates (http://forums.sascsolo.com/index.php?topic=1710.msg11888;topicseen#new).

Our last event at YYC was October 28, 2018, a practice event. The City of Calgary has used this lot as a staging area for construction in recent years, however now that the projects have been completed they have graciously allowed us to rent the lot again. Reijo and Tom originally secured this venue for the club for the 2016 season and it was a massive hit. We had dozens of events there over three seasons, including one event with over 100 drivers.

NOTE: There are some areas of the pavement that are no longer suitable for use which, will require some creative course designs in areas, but overall this is still an excellent venue.

The SASC AGM will be held on Saturday, November 18th, 2:00pm - 5:00pm

We require a minimum 20% representation at the AGM per club bylaws. Your attendance is very much appreciated and helps shape the club for the future. We are able to accommodate 30 attendees at the venue.

There are many important topics to discuss and vote on and the AGM is the venue to accomplish this.

    2:25-2:40pm - Solo 2 Report
    2:40-2:55pm - Financial Statement
