The 2021 AGM at the Grey Eagle Casino is a wrap. With 19 folks in attendance and several others via proxy we met quorum. Executives were elected (all carry over from this season) and awards were handed out. Thank you to those that were able to make it out to support the club and a big thank you to the executives and stewards that agreed to volunteer for the next season. Stay tuned on the forums for meeting minutes.

The SASC AGM will be held on Saturday, November 27th, 2:00pm - 5:00pm

Location: Grey Eagle Casino
3777 Grey Eagle Dr, Calgary, AB T3E 3X8

With 90 club members this year, we require a minimum 20% representation at the AGM per club bylaws. Your attendance is very much appreciated and helps shape the club for the future. We are able to accommodate 50 attendees at the venue, and we will be arranged in audience format following all current AHS guidelines.

There are many important topics to discuss and vote on and the AGM is the venue to accomplish this.

The agenda will be as follows:

2:00-2:10pm - Welcome
2:10-2:25pm - Presidents Report (Jared)
2:25-2:40pm - Solo 2 Report (Bob)
2:40-2:55pm - Financial Statement (Dallin)
2:55-3:15pm - Election of Executives & Appointment of Volunteer Positions (Jared)
3:15-3:35pm - 2022 Solo Schedule and Budget (Bob and Jared)
3:35-3:55pm - Club Championship Awards (Bob, Dallin, Jared, John)
3:55-4:30pm - Q&A (Bob, Dallin, Jared, John)

Nov. 22 update:
1. Proof of vaccination and/or a negative Covid-19 test will be required.
2. When arriving at the Grey Eagle Resort for the AGM: Please go directly to the hotel, the Casino is a bit of a trek to the hotel ballroom/meeting space. Our meeting space is just off the Hotel Ballroom and our meeting room will be clearly listed on the door and reader board.
