I suggest Avery self laminating sheets available at any Staples store. Laminate your tech sticker, then you can tape it to the windshield and remove post event for the street.

Placement visibility and continuity between vehicles, along this year’s helmet tech sticker placement continuity,  are necessary for easy grid and start worker verification during events.

BTW -- is the SASC helmet sticker designed to not interfere with SCCA bar code and helmet tech placements?

Jo and I travel a lot, and have to deal with multiple club's tech and bar code sticker requirements for both our car and our helmets.  Laminating the tech sticker and taping it to our windshield is a perfectly acceptable compromise.

Exactly, the grid folks and starter need to be able to easily see the tech sticker.

Where it goes on the helmet is up to you, so long as the grid folks and starter can easily see it.

Helmet sticker is about the same size as the SCCA one ... quite small.

Helmet sticker is 1.5x1.0".  If you put it to the left, right, top or bottom of your other stickers it should not interfere  8)

If it doesn't have a bar code, then all is good.

No worries there.  Just being used to indicate the helmet has been checked and complies with the rules.

I put my tech sticker near the top of a piece of card stock, that wedges nicely between the dash and windshield in the lower left corner.  Easy for the starter/grid workers to see, and easy to remove.  I too, do not want any racing stickers etc. on the car for street driving.
