"C" can get pretty crowded.  That's where the food trucks were last year, and it also where tech is done.

I'll pick "A" -- always lots of room.

Grid can be anywhere....have seen it near Building A....often between A and B and even a couple of times south of Bldg C (e.g. That's what I did when I designed the course a couple of years ago!   :). )

I like "C" especially if you come with a trailer. The problem is getting there soon enough to get a decent amount of space in it. "A" is nice if you don't have a trailer like in Murray's case. I think for the size the tour is now that Grid will most likely be at the South-east of the lot.

Since Jo and I travel very, very light these days, we really don't have any gear to store in the pit area overnight.  All of the "stuff" not used for racing goes into our hotel room (suitcase, driver's floor mat, etc.), so we just need a spot to park when not racing.

Apropos to travelling light -- I will probably ask (plead?) to borrow a water sprayer when running.

I vote for building "C" too  :) More breezy during a hot day.

Once we get to Packwood where does everyone intend to park/pit? Chris and I have always parked in building "A" as it's completely sheltered, the downside of that is that it's also quite dark in there and it's further from the grid. I believe Ryan, Wayne, Tom K like to park in building "C"? Should we make the orange star in building C the unofficial SASC Area?

Ken and I will plan to save as many spots as we can on Thursday night in the SE corner of the "C" building. Who wants a spot?

You bet guys!

PS if anyone lives in the vicinity of the airport and has time to swing by our Budget YYC lot and grab our SASC banner from the storage locker that would be awesome. I'm hoping to take a group picture as it's probably the largest SASC showing at Packwood yet. I'd grab it myself but I'm leaving very early tomorrow morning.

We're aiming to be there Thursday night but might get there a bit later than everyone else. So if we're not there when you get there, please save us a trailer sized spot  :)

Yes, for sure!  I counted 16 from Calgary (incl. Tom Kerns since he is a member) which is more than the 14 we had a few years back.  I seem to remember about 1/2 of us came back with trophies that time!   So do your best and I'm thinking you should do well!   :)

There should be no problem getting a spot on Thursday evening since most come on Friday.
