2019 Winter Driver Training (incl. Dec. 30)

Schedule for the Winter Driver Training for the 2019 winter is as follows (this list will be updated as it is set up):

Dec. 30/18 – Winter Driver Training 1
Jan. 6/19 – Sunday – Winter Driver Training 2 (tentative only - reschedule to Jan. 20?)
Feb. 02/19– Saturday – BMW Club Winter Driver Training
Jan. 27/19 – Sunday – Winter Driver Training 3 (confirmed)
Feb. 10/18 – Sunday – Winter Driver Training 4 (confirmed)
Feb. 17/18 – Sunday – Winter Driver Training 5 (tentative only - this one will depend on demand.  Interest seems to wane by this late in the winter)

All events are at the Budget/YYC lot - 2202 Airport Trail NE - access via 100th Ave NE, then south on 22nd St. NE

Obviously the immediate need is for Dec. 30th since it is coming up very quickly (my, how time flies, eh!).

We currently only have 5 people signed up for the winter driving training on December 30, we require a minimum of 15 participants to run this event otherwise we will have to cancel it.

If you were thinking of attending please sign up by Thursday, December 27.

This is still in time for a Christmas gift for Dec. 30.

There is still one day left to sign up for this event!  Now with a couple of inches of new snow we are good to go ... and more snow forecast for Sunday ... PERFECT!    So if you know  of anyone wanting one of these schools, please be diligent and be sure to let them know of this link!  One day left.   This happens on Sunday (it is a go!)

We will also be doing setup on Saturday afternoon I figure ... have to set it up but do not anticipate any problems ... not like anyone is using the lot, eh?

I am thinking 1 PM if that works ...  sundown around 4:30 so ...   can do a few laps ... maybe a bit of training for any new instructors and helpers
