We're moving to Airdrie (SASC's storage locker) and need some help

SASC is moving our stuff to Airdrie!



We have found a storage locker close to the Airdrie Airport. Which will make it convenient for events there and an easy pick up for Westerner events. The only trouble is getting all our stuff to it from the storage trailer we have at the YYC lot.

We would really appreciate some extra hands to empty the storage locker at YYC and then load up the smaller locker in Airdrie. Details are:

When - Saturday, June 1 at 1:00pm
Where - The usual entrance to the YYC lot, on 22 Street NE just south of 100 Ave NE

What - If you have a vehicle that is capable of hauling some stuff a van or a truck please bring it. We will meet and park vehicles on 22 Street and then decide which vehicles we need to take to Airdrie so we can carpool.

Who - You, if you can make it please post in here and let us know. While many hands makes light work, too many can have the opposite effect.

I can also bring a 8.5x34.5 enclosed trailer but seems overkill I think.

We’ve got 4 trucks and a van so I think the trailers are probably not needed for cones, but one would be helpful for the shelving unit and bins.

Thanks to everyone for the help on Saturday! We got it done in just under 2 hours with an organized locker in Airdrie. We have a lot more cones than what we need, but we were able to fit nicely into a 5x5 storage locker.

We will just need a member or two to help with hauling up cones/equipment for the Westerner events when we have them.
