SASC 12 - Airdrie - September 29
« on: September 23, 2019, 08:45:53 AM »
If we are unable to obtain 50 registrations for this event by Wednesday afternoon of this week we will be cancelling the event.

We currently have 19 people registered for next Sunday's event. We understand that the forecast is having an impact on registrations for this event. While the weather is not looking good we can still run and have done so last year.

Based on the expense of the venue we do not want to risk a significant loss to the clubs finances. We have a number of expenses coming up, like new cones, and this year has not been one where we have been save as much as we would have liked.

I can only assume that you forgot the smiley face or you don't live around here.  We got 29 cm of snow that day.
