Reimbursement for Cone Hauling to SASC Events

With the current higher prices of fuel and to entice more members to step up to haul cones for our events at Airdrie and Fort MacLeod SASC has decided to offer fuel reimbursement to offset the additional travel costs for bringing a truck/trailer to the event to help out with cone hauling.

Members who wish to help out should contact Bob Stinn (the current Solo Director) at solodirector@sascsolo.com to coordinate your work assignment for the event you are interested in.  Once the event has finished, you may contact the club treasurer (treasurer@sascsolo.com) for reimbursement.  This offer is open to all current members only.

Reimbursement will be as follows:

Fort MacLeod Airport - $200
Airdrie Airport - $50

For information check out the SASC Monthly Meeting Minutes for June 14, 2022 - a motion was raised, voted on and passed to allow these reimbursement amounts effective for any 2022 events after June 14th.  The executive will include a motion at the AGM in November/December to affirm the continuation of reimbursement for 2023 so all members may have a say in whether the program continues.
