Both Jo and I can't wait to race the thing.  Just need to break in the engine, get the sway bar and shocks mounted, get an alignment, and get racing wheels and tires.

Oh, I guess we also need to wait until racing season begins

I'm heading to Maclin Ford today to see if I can get some updates and timeline. It's been just over six weeks since I placed the order.

I don't actually know if they already did the first 2017 batch production run last fall or not.

Talked to my salesguy. My car is still 12 weeks out roughly, production has not started yet. I won't be ready for the season at all so this year is basically a write off, probably won't prep the car but will try and get as much seat time as I can.

Now I just need to get by without a car for 12 weeks which is the hardest part.

Look for a beater civic or Integra to get you by, easily had for $1000 in running drivable condition.  Probably a bit crusty for that price but would be usable.
