Daily Itinerary

Friday Aug 25
9:00am-12:00pm - site open for people to enter and set up their cars, campsites, etc.
12:00pm-4:00pm: test n tune runs
6:30pm - informal gathering at The Canadian Brewhouse in Airdrie, just a few minutes away from the site. Note that costs for this gathering will not be covered by the club.

Saturday Aug 26
8:30am - site opens for registrations and tech inspections
9:00am - runway opens
9:30am - course open for course walks
10:15am - mandatory drivers meeting for all participants
10:45am - first runs begin
11am - 4pm food truck will be on site for participants to purchase lunch from.
5pm - competitive runs conclude
6pm - the club will be hosting a barbecue for all participants.

Sunday Aug 27
9:00am site opens for course walks
10:15am first runs begin
11am-4pm food truck will be on site for participants to purchase lunch from.
5:00pm runs conclude
5:30pm awards presentation
